November 2016 - Paul Smith from Volkl UK visits The Tennis School

Paul Smith, Managing Director of Goode Sports and representing Volkl Tennis UK, visited the Tennis School today. Volkl Tennis are one of the main sponsors of the Tennis School and once again have provided sponsored rackets to pupils of The Appeti Tennis School.

Each pupil has received 2 rackets this season as well as a bag and terms on string and grips as part of their sponsorship deal, in total this sponsorship represents a contribution of around £5000 of equipment.

Appeti Tennis have a long tradition with Volkl Tennis, spanning back to 2003. We are very excited to continue this partnership into the 2016/2017 season and look forward to continued success for our players.

Paul was incredibly impressed with all the players and spent time talking about the rackets and listening to why each player chose their racket and what they liked about them. It was great to get a first hand insight into the technologies behind the rackets and up and coming developments with the brand.
