Since 2005 we have been taking young players to Wimbledon. This year on our second trip of 2016 we took 3 of our youngest Academy pupils.
The day began with an early arrival at the tennis, around 10am. After checking out the kids zone and seeing the Davis Cup the boys made their way through the grounds.
One of the first courts encountered had Milos Raonic, the eventual runner up practicing with his coaches and former world number 1's Carlos Moya and John McEnroe.
Later in the day the boys watched Andy Murray practice for around 45 minutes, this amazing experience took place on court 7 and the boys were only feet away from Andy and his coach Ivan Lendl.
The boys then scouted all the courts and took in the atmosphere before sitting down for lunch while watching some junior doubles.
After a second trip to the kids zone the boys were fortunate enough to meet former champions Jana Novotna and Lleyton Hewitt as well as BBC presenter John Inverdale.
A great day was rounded out with ice creams and a trip to the gift shop before the trip home.
