Our ladies morning is a fun informal get together where you can meet up with other ladies and enjoy a friendly hit and get some tips from one of the coaching team.

Taken on two indoor courts the session runs from 10.00am - 11.30am on a Tuesday and Friday morning throughout the year!

The session is a drop in so there is no need to book in advance.

During each session the coach will provide some tips and drills and then organise some friendly play.
